Terms and Conditions of Anas Academy
Program Completion According to Plan:
- The second party commits to completing their tasks, assignments, research, and academic projects according to the guidelines and instructions set by the Academy. In case of failure to submit projects due to poor grades or deadline expiration, they must resubmit the project after department approval and securing the missing requirements of tasks and assignments once again with an opportunity to achieve success for the purpose of improving their grade and achieving success to obtain the graduation certificate, with payment of the specified fees for resubmission for each project that is resubmitted.
- The passing grade in higher and intermediate diploma programs is based on a practical project instead of examinations, and the number of mandatory projects for each trainee is determined according to the program plan.
- To obtain a graduation certificate with a grade, cumulative GPA, and transcript, the second party must complete all graduation project requirements.
- The second party receives a diploma attendance certificate with the number of hours only without a grade, GPA, or transcript in case of not completing graduation requirements or part of them, or if their grade is less than 60, with the reason mentioned in the certificate.
- The second party commits not to cheat or attempt to cheat in completing their tasks, assignments, research, and academic projects, or violate instructions and rules, as they will be considered failed in the program and excluded if this is proven, and will be considered outside the program without any administrative or financial responsibility on the first party.
- The second party has the right to submit a grade review request once within 10 days from the date of its issuance with payment of the specified fees, where the fees are refundable if the trainee deserves a higher grade than the one recorded for them.
Lecture Attendance:
Attending lectures is the responsibility of the second party, where the second party undertakes to bear full responsibility and trust that the Academy has granted them in not recording the second party’s attendance for live lectures and providing them recorded after the live presentation, in order to provide an opportunity for knowledge acquisition for the second party, according to the following conditions:
- The second party undertakes to attend all lectures live to fully benefit from interactive lectures with professors and the training community.
- It is not required for the trainee to attend lectures live to pass the program, as the second party can watch lectures after they are posted as recordings.
- The second party undertakes their full knowledge that attending lectures after they are posted as recordings through the trainee platform deprives them of interaction and communication with professors, and the second party has no right to demand interaction and communication with professors in recorded lectures.
- Trainee attendance at lectures will be referenced in case of disputes, God forbid.
Program Content, Lectures, and Academic Material:
All outputs, publications, works, and research submitted during study in the program are the property of Anas Academy, which has the right to use them as it sees fit, and the second party bears responsibility for the intellectual property rights of that content.
Regarding the program content and recorded lectures on the trainee platform, with a validity period of two years from its start date, it is not permitted to copy or download all or part of this visual material or text documents. This material is protected according to international standards against copying, re-downloading, and unauthorized circulation, and any attempt to copy, download, or republish during this period or after exposes the perpetrator to legal liability.
The content and digital visual dialogues and all other matters related to Anas Academy are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other property rights laws (including but not limited to intellectual property laws).
Any copying, downloading, distribution, or publication by the second party of any of the above-mentioned items or part thereof is considered prohibited, and they do not own any property rights to any content or material displayed by Anas Academy. The publication of information, materials, or the allowed duration for visual lectures through the Academy and its digital entities mentioned above is not considered a waiver of rights to any right related to this information or materials.
Professional and Financial Obligations:
- The trainee commits, if they wish, to present an honorable image of the Academy, its management, and its affiliates, and of the program and its professors, and that they must contribute effectively to spreading knowledge with direct reference to the Academy and the program, and that they must comment and participate positively while committing to inform the program management of any observations or errors that occur during program implementation, whether by administrative staff or others.
- The trainee must practice under the supervision of their professors all theoretical and practical activities and applied training continuously for the benefit of the Academy in a way that reflects the efficiency and quality of its outputs and the outputs of each trainee.
- The trainee commits to paying tuition fees, and in case of delay, it leads to a negative impact on your academic progress within the Academy.
- The trainee commits and undertakes to pay all installments in full, and in case of delay in paying the installment for more than 7 days from the due date, the trainee's account activation is suspended, and if they do not complete payment of the due fees within a maximum of 14 days from the payment due date, the trainee's enrollment is permanently terminated from the program and they will be pursued for payment.
- Upon proof of the trainee's forgery of any document attached to their application for enrollment in the Academy, the Academy has the right at any time, even after granting them the academic degree, to withdraw recognition of the student's certificate and consider them as not having graduated from its programs without any responsibility, while reserving the Academy's right to legal prosecution according to the system followed in the country where the trainee resides.
- In case the trainee, alone or in partnership with others, commits abuse, defamation, or attacks against the Academy, its affiliates, and its policies, whether in word or deed through any media platform, the Academy has the right to withdraw recognition of the trainee's certificate and consider them as not having graduated from its programs without any responsibility from the Academy, while reserving its right to legal prosecution according to the system followed in the country where the trainee resides.
Basic Provisions of the Discipline and Violations Regulation:
Disciplinary violation includes everything issued by the trainee that violates public order, or the Academy’s systems, regulations, and applied instructions, and the perpetrator is subject to the disciplinary penalties outlined in this regulation, where violations include the following actions and behaviors:
- Any act or statement that affects the Academy's reputation internally and externally, or honor and dignity, or offends decency or violates good conduct and behavior, and the necessary etiquette within discussion sessions, seminars, or lectures when dealing with trainees or Academy staff.
- Actions that disrupt the conduct of lectures, courses, and activity programs in the Academy directly or indirectly.
- Forging official documents and papers issued by the Academy or from outside, or deliberately destroying all or some of their contents.
- Cheating or attempting to cheat in examinations, research and practical assignments, as well as in reports and graduation projects, including exploiting information from sources without referring to their reference, or violating the examination system or obtaining examination questions illegally before it is held, as well as cheating by bringing a substitute in the examination or taking it instead of someone else, and also includes impersonating others in any matters related to the Academy and its affairs, or speaking on behalf of the Academy without official capacity.
- Threatening, insulting, or assaulting in word or deed Academy affiliates, trainees, employees, training faculty members, or affiliates of companies and institutions working or investing in the Academy.
- It is prohibited to present any request, inquiry, or complaint on any social media platform or through any other channel except support team tickets, which is the official means of communication between trainees and Academy administrations based on what the Academy has approved.
- This includes the fines and penalties mentioned in this contract, starting with verbal and written warnings, with the maximum being withdrawal of recognition of the trainee's certificate and considering them as not having graduated from its programs without any responsibility from the Academy, while reserving its right to legal prosecution according to the system followed in the country where the trainee resides.
Commitment Towards the Educational Institution Owner:
The Academy’s Board of Directors and its President require all trainees, training faculty members, and administrative staff not to abuse, direct criticism, or participate in any activity that offends the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, government and people. Violation of this condition gives the Academy administration the right to terminate the trainee’s enrollment and end the contractual relationship without any financial or administrative obligation towards them.
