We have worked, and continue to work, to design the best educational experience for you through learning by practice in practical application during the implementation of simple projects step by step, guided by the expertise of our training staff in design through lectures and meeting hours with the trainers. Our team of professional trainees will help guide you along the right path to achieve your goals. You will also have the opportunity to connect with the community of registered trainees in the program, exchange information, share knowledge, and gain ideas. How can I register for the Academy of Digital Visual Arts Programs?

Is the study in-person or online?
We provide a flexible and comfortable learning system at the academy, where the lectures we offer are conducted remotely and live through the interactive communication platform (Microsoft Teams). They are also recorded on the trainee platform and are available for two years to learn at your own pace and at a time that suits you.
Can I register in installments?
Yes. We strive to provide the best for our trainees in terms of academic level and the certificates offered. To make payment easier for the trainee, we have provided an installment service during the study period.
Can I enroll in diploma programs without prior experience?
Yes, you can. All our programs are designed for beginners to help them achieve the essential proficiency to enter the job market.
Can I get a discount if I enroll in two diploma programs?
When you enroll in two diploma programs, you will receive a 10% discount on the second diploma. knowing that the discount does not apply to enrollments in installments for either program.
What happens if I delay paying one of the installments during the study period?
You will receive an email from the financial affairs unit to notify you and give you a grace period to pay the overdue installment. Therefore, please make the payment as soon as possible to avoid having your registration canceled. If this happens repeatedly, your registration will be canceled.
Post-Registration Questions
The registration confirmation has been received. What is the next step?
Seven days before the program starts, an email will be sent containing a reminder about the introductory meeting, your study schedule, and your academic account data on the Training Platform and Microsoft Teams.
What are the study class timings?
Saturday, Monday, or Wednesday.
The study is based on pre-recorded lectures, which are uploaded on two of the days mentioned above; in addition, the live study day depends on the specific student cohort.

Study hours: From 7 PM to 10 PM – Saudi Time.

Can I register for two training programs at the same time?
Yes, if you can organize your time effectively.
What is the language of study?
All programs offered by Anas Academy of Arts are presented in Arabic, while maintaining the use of English terminology.
How can I know the required device specifications for studying?
What is the reason for additional charges during registration?
Only the fees outlined to you before completing the registration will be received in our bank account. Any additional charges are bank fees and not issued by the academy.
You can contact your bank for more information about electronic payment fees for the card you used to pay the registration fees.
Does the uncompletion of assignments affect the grade in the diploma program certificate?
During the study period, students are expected to submit required assignments, exams, and projects. The final grade is based on 30% on educational activities and 70% on the graduation project.
What is the policy on postponing and withdrawing after confirming registration?
The academy follows a clear policy regarding postponing and withdrawing. A trainee may request a postponement of studies from the time of application till the end of the first week of study.
Trainees may also withdraw from the program by the policy specific to each academic cohort, which is outlined in the regularly updated academic guide.

Can I choose the exam language?
All professional certification exams are in English. Don’t worry, you will be trained on all the required terminology.
What is the maximum reimbursement for an Adobe Certified Professional in Visual Design or an Adobe Certified Professional in Video Editing?
The maximum reimbursement is up to 4,700 SAR.
- Reimbursement for exam costs: 1,200 SAR
- Reimbursement for training costs: 3,500 SAR
The professional certification must not exceed 6 months from the date of issuance in order to be eligible for support.
What is the maximum reimbursement for an Adobe Certified Professional in Digital Marketing (CDMP)?
- The maximum reimbursement for the certificate only:
- Reimbursement for exam costs: 10,500 SAR.
