Survey Completion Guidelines
The survey consists of five parts

- Part Two: Evaluation of the Quality of Courses Provided
- Part Three: Evaluation of Trainers' Performance
- Part Four: Evaluation of Departments' Performance
- Part Five: General Evaluation, Opinion, and Comments
Answering the items requires selecting a rating from five levels, which are
- Strongly Agree: Means the statement is always true
- Agree: Means the statement is usually true
- Neutral: Means neither full agreement nor full rejection
- Disagree: Means the statement is usually not true
- Strongly Disagree: Means the statement is never true or always false
