In a new context, the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs, Mr. Khalid Al-Arif, delivered a speech titled “Success”, in which he discussed the stages of the academy’s launch. He summarized the success and development of the academy from its inception to this day in two main steps, and he began by stating:

“Success does not happen by chance, but rather through diligence, research, and long-term thinking.”

The first step took place in 2020 with an idea that originated from Mr.Anas Al-Haqabani, the CEO of the academy. He followed through with this idea by making a decision and executing it in practice. This was achieved by the academy offering short courses focused on teaching the professional principles for all educational programs offered at the academy. This idea became the foundation for what we have now. During this period of offering these educational services, the academy’s management ensured the use of highly experienced trainers; as a result, the academy was able to deliver these short courses to a total of 19,135 beneficiaries during the first year alone, thanks to God.

After that, the next step came in the middle of 2021, with the academy offering professional diplomas. As a result of this step, cohorts of graduates continued to follow one another, with over 3000 graduates to date. Thanks to Allah, we have now reached the sixth cohort, which is currently studying and nearing graduation. With Allah’s help, we are receiving applications for the seventh cohort, which includes three qualifications: the Joint Intermediate Diploma Program, the Advanced Diploma Program, and the Executive Master’s Program. All of these programs prepare for professional certifications supported by the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF).

At the end of the ceremony, the CEO of the academy and its guests honored the outstanding employees of 2023 and took commemorative photos.

We ask Allah to grant us success in serving our religion and our country, to crown our efforts with success, and to achieve our aspirations and ambitions in order to elevate the academic and professional level.
