Strengthening the relationship between Anas Academy and its graduates enhances their sense of belonging and loyalty and contributes to the development of the academy in achieving its goals. This is accomplished through collaboration between the academy and various training and employment organizations that positively support the development of graduates’ skills and the improvement of their professional competencies. The Alumni Unit follows up on graduates’ affairs by maintaining continuous communication with them, working to enhance their performance, improve their competencies, and align their skills with job market demands. It also provides informational services regarding available training and employment opportunities in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Furthermore, the Unit assists graduates in securing suitable job opportunities that match their specializations and the needs of the labor market, and supplies qualified graduates to the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
